Exploring Life & Business with Ashley Moultrie of Cryo Spa By Ashley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Moultrie.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am the owner of Cryo Spa By Ashley in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, Georgia, and a health and wellness coach with Total Life Changes. I am also a publish author of my first book “Never Looking Back” which is available on Amazon, and I have done some freelance film writing and directing as well as worked on multiple project with my best friend’s company Brother Films Production based here in Atlanta.

I moved to Atlanta in 2015. At that time, my best friend wanted to start a film production and in helping him get his company up and running, I fell in love with being behind the camera and bringing someone’s vision to life. I started freelancing and doing some work on few film projects, and I fell in love with every aspect of it. I have directed films that can be seen on various platforms from Amazon Prime video to cable network.

When the pandemic started, I continued to work on some smaller projects however it gave me the time and freedom to begin working on some other areas that I have started but never finished. For example, I was able to complete my book and have it published. I also found time to simply taking care of myself and my own personal health.

Being stuck in the house I found time to sit and really figure out what it was that I wanted to do and what would make me happy. I was unhappy with my weight and my energy was low. So I started working out, using the total life changes detox and appetite suppressant. I started to see a shift in my weight and my personal health and happiness was beginning to be my focus. I became a distributor for Total Life Changes and am now a Director in the company. I have helped tons of people lose weight and overall take charge of their health.

I was later introduced to Cryo Skin, a body contouring system by a friend and seen results immediately. As I started to see my stomach go down from the combination of supplements, Cryo Skin, and starting to work out and change my diet, I was sold and wanted to help as many people as I possible could. I opened my business Cryo Spa By Ashley in 2021 where I offer Cryo Skin treatments, wood therapy, Total Life Changes supplements, as well as one on one coaching to help you achieve and maintain your health and wellness goals as well as your body goals.

Today I continue to run my Spa in Sandy Springs help as many people as I can through supplements and coaching, I am working on my second book which will be empowering to all women with a message to strive to reach your goals and never give up no matter what. As a single mom of two amazing children, I strive to always walk a life pleasing to God and one that will make my children proud of me, and my book will talk about just that. I am also working on a new script for a film project that will be based on parts of the book and bringing it to the screen. I volunteer with shelters to help the less fortunate as well as shelters for victims of domestic violence. Overall I am evolving into the woman that God has created me to be and loving every minute of it.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, the road to get to where I am today was not smooth at all. I had many struggles. Being a single mom, I had to learn to balance between chasing my dream of success and still spending time with my kids and being present for not only their extracurricular activities but just being present for the period. I went through an extreme period of depression in 2017. I lost everything from my house, my car, and my sense of self-worth. Me and my kids were homeless living in a motel for months. I found myself with an MBA and still struggling to find a job that paid a wage that would financially allow me to make the money that I needed to be okay. I struggled to find my footing, but once I did, I was determined to never lose it again. I have worked tireless to achieve my goals. I had many sleepless nights where I had to work during the day, be there for my kids after work and help them, and then stay up all night to plan and prepare for the business that I wanted to start.

As you know, we’re big fans of Cryo Spa By Ashley. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Cryo Spa By Ashley is located in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, GA. We offer body contouring using Cryo Skin treatments and wood therapy. We also offer Total Life Changes supplements from vitamins to detox to appetite suppressants. What sets up apart from other spas that offer the same services is that we offer one on one coaching to help you achieve and maintain your goal. We offer a more personal one on one service so that you can feel comfortable, have absolutely no judgment, and get every question you have answered from the most simple to the most complex. We are never rushing you out the door. We take time to sit down and make sure you feel heard. I give open access to my clients through phone calls or text messaging where they can reach me directly on my cell any time and I will get back to them if not immediately within a few hours. We don’t just focus on shaping your body but we focus on your overall health and making sure that you know that you are a part of a whole community from the Cryo Spa family to the Total Life Changes family that is here to support you and make sure you are happy, healthy, and whole.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I life about Atlanta is that everyone is always working hard and striving to be better. I also love the support that I have gotten since opening my business. I have come in contact with people that are always looking to connect. Even when meeting people in the same industry our conversations are always about how we can collaborate and never a competition with the other person. I have really connect with some of the most amazing people. What I like least about Atlanta is simple, the traffic. I was raising in Pittsburgh PA, where we have set rush hour times of the day when you know to stay home because there will be traffic. In Atlanta, it doesn’t matter what time you leave the house there is always traffic.
