Hi Bria, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I started my business in Tamarac, Florida in Broward County back in 2018. Before I started employees and networking it was just me. I started my business with the intent to never have to work for anyone else and also giving opportunities to other individuals to learn how to do taxes and budget money. Not only that become a leader in a world that is very important as a black-owned business. Now our services are in all 50 states. With employees west to east coast. I built this brand to strive on get pricing and leadership and to create a black-owned financial office that will soon one day outgrow some of these big networks. It took a lot of hard work dedication to reach the point I am today. One thing I take pride in is making sure my team and I are one. No matter what title I have I treat everyone as an equal!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Most definitely not a smooth road. Learning to run a business manage a business you grow. I took a few losses ran into sometimes I wanted to give up but I didn’t and kept going. Losing money and sometimes ordering items that wasn’t needed or even opening up a location when covid hit and we had to postpone.
