TBK Wellness Spa began as an intimate private suite and has gracefully evolved into a full-service luxury wellness spa. After proudly serving the Roswell area for five years, we relocated to Atlanta this fall to offer a more elevated and immersive experience.
Our serene loft, located just across the street from Ponce City Market, offers a refined yet intimate atmosphere designed to feel personal, exclusive, and restorative for every guest. The space was thoughtfully curated to promote relaxation and tranquility from the moment you arrive. We now feature a heated jacuzzi tub, allowing guests to unwind in soothing water therapy that nurtures both body and mind. Our signature infrared sauna treatment—long cherished by guests—remains an essential part of the TBK experience.
TBK Wellness Spa specializes in holistic and alternative wellness services with a dedicated focus on women’s health. Our offerings include fertility, prenatal, postpartum, and menopause massage therapies, each intentionally designed to support women through every stage of life. We also continue to offer classic Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage services, ensuring a comprehensive range of therapeutic options tailored to each guest’s unique needs.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not. Being a business owner is rarely a smooth journey—but that is the nature of entrepreneurship. Along the way, challenges such as marketing and navigating social media are inevitable. Identifying the right audience can be one of the most demanding aspects of building a brand; however, once your niche becomes clear, it creates alignment, momentum, and sustainable growth for the business.

TBK Wellness Spa is a luxury wellness destination rooted in intention, care, and women-centered healing. What began as an intimate private suite has evolved into a full-service spa experience designed to support the body, mind, and spirit—particularly for women at every stage of life. After five years serving the Roswell community, we thoughtfully relocated to Atlanta this fall, where our serene loft space sits directly across from Ponce City Market, offering a tranquil escape in the heart of the city.
We specialize in holistic and alternative wellness services with a strong focus on women’s health. TBK Wellness Spa is especially known for our fertility, prenatal, postpartum, and menopause massage therapies—services that require not only technical expertise, but deep understanding, compassion, and trust. In addition to our specialized offerings, we provide Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage therapies, ensuring each guest receives care tailored to their individual needs.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
My view on risk-taking is rooted in intention rather than impulse. As a business owner, I’ve learned that growth often requires stepping outside of comfort, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. Entrepreneurship itself is a risk—but one that becomes manageable when guided by purpose, planning, and faith in your vision.
One of the major risks I’ve taken was relocating TBK Wellness Spa after five successful years in the Roswell area to Atlanta. While the move came with uncertainty—new clientele, increased overhead, and the challenge of reestablishing our presence—it was a necessary step to elevate the brand and align with the direction I envisioned for the business. Choosing a more intimate, luxury loft space across from Ponce City Market was a strategic risk that ultimately allowed us to enhance the guest experience and stay true to our values of personalized, high-touch care.
I don’t necessarily see myself as a traditional risk-taker; instead, I view risk as a calculated investment in growth. Every decision I make is guided by long-term vision rather than short-term comfort. When risks are taken thoughtfully and with clarity, they become opportunities to evolve, refine, and build something meaningful and lasting.
