Hi Christa , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey into this work wasn’t something I planned. It came from surviving what I thought would break me.
For most of my early life, I carried deep pain and shame. I was sexually abused as a child and grew up in an environment where I had to silence my truth to survive. I learned how to disconnect from my body because it felt safer that way. For years, I performed, achieved, and pretended because I thought that was what would finally make me feel worthy.
But behind the scenes, I was exhausted. I didn’t trust myself. I didn’t feel safe in my own skin. I didn’t know who I was beneath the masks.
Everything began to shift when I was introduced to Reiki. It was the first time I experienced a kind of healing that did not ask me to explain or fix anything, it just held me. From there, my world cracked open. I began to study energy work, embodiment, plant medicine, and nervous system healing. I started feeling the truth that had always lived inside me.
And that truth was this: I am not broken. I never was.
Through years of personal healing, training, and spiritual practice, I reclaimed pieces of myself I thought I had lost forever. I met my inner child. I worked with my shadows. I released ancestral trauma. I began to understand that healing was not about becoming someone new, it was about remembering who I already am.
This work is not something I do. It is something I live.
And now, I hold space for others who are on their own journey of remembering. I understand what it feels like to be stuck. I know the ache of trying to create from a place of burnout and fear. I know what it means to feel invisible and disconnected. And I also know what it feels like to finally come home to yourself.
That is what I offer. Not a quick fix or a polished blueprint but a path back to your body, your voice, and your creative power.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey has been filled with stops, starts, breakdowns, and big moments of doubt. There were times I questioned if I was even meant to do this work. I struggled with believing in my worth, especially when I felt like I had nothing left to give. There were seasons where I poured everything into others but didn’t know how to pour into myself. I often felt like I had to choose between my healing and my success.
Healing my own trauma while holding space for others was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Learning how to run a business while navigating grief, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation pushed me to my limits more times than I can count. There were moments when I felt completely alone in my vision, especially because the work I do is not traditional or easy to explain.
But every struggle taught me something.
It taught me how to trust myself. It taught me how to regulate my energy so I could lead without abandoning my body. It taught me how to build a business that works with my nervous system instead of against it. And most of all, it taught me how to show up in full integrity for my clients because I have lived the depth of what I now teach.
The road has not been smooth but it has been real. And it has shaped me into a guide who can meet people where they are with compassion, clarity, and power.
