Today we’d like to introduce you to Damon Treadwell.
Hi Damon, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started out washing and detailing cars back in 2006 then I wanted to know all about the process in buying cars from auction. After being taught that, I had the passion of helping people that were challenged getting approval to purchase vehicles. Company I worked for sent me to finance school to learn the proper way to submit deals. Fast forward 13 years later, I opened my own company MLAB INC now nationally we take clients to the same auction that big box retailers purchase from and pass the savings right to the client, cutting the middle man out and pay true wholesale for automobiles.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not smooth at all, navigating through covid has been so challenging everything is so expensive. Never have I had to buy cars at such an overpriced market value, I’m now buying cars far out west to give clients a sense of ease.

We set the bar high when finding pre-owned vehicles we buy direct from the manufacturer lease returns in depth research nationally to make sure we find best quality vehicles at best price. We also do customized packages on all vehicles per request of our clients saving you thousands and making every customer very happy.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I have plenty of memories what stuck out the most is my mom being a single parent working hard to provide a very nice quality of life for me and my siblings teaching us to be responsible, firm and always honest. Till this day, our mom still spoils us all. I have to be careful in speaking about things I want because she still makes them magically appear.
