Hi Dr. Glenn, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our story revolves around personal experiences as currently I am a mom of twins which are medically fragile. I gave birth to them at 24 weeks. Both were born with medical complexities, including the support oxygen daily, a feeding tube, and a trach, to name a few.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Road has been bumpy over the last years as I had them in 2015- bumpy but manageable as I have support and caregivers to assist with managing their care daily.
We’ve been impressed with Horizon Care Partners, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a licensed Private home health care provider that aids medically complex children as well as adults 24 hours within the comfort of their homes 365 days a year . We are loving, compassionate, and kind to not only our patients but also our staff. We’re known for our personal stories within our community, including aiding our own children for over eight years. Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next five years or sooner, we will be opening centers throughout the Georgia region and other states as we will be allowing our medically fragile community the opportunity to live life outside of their home while connecting and socializing with people that are just like them.
