Dr. Princess Lomax, the visionary behind Exquisite Wellness Bar, serves as its Founder and CEO. At Exquisite Wellness Bar, specialize in enhancing clients’ confidence through a range of rejuvenating services, including botox, filler injections, non-invasive lipo techniques, buttock enhancements, lipo ignite shots, IV Therapy, vaginal rejuvenation, weight loss management, lip blushing, and an array of other beauty services tailored to empower anyone seeking a confidence boost. She also conducts clinical research trials to explore innovative approaches to health and well-being. Dr. Lomax’s extraordinary journey, which seamlessly blends entrepreneurship and medical expertise, uniquely equips her to inspire individuals in their pursuit of personal goals. While advancing through her educational journey, she excelled as a family practitioner and exemplified her entrepreneurial spirit by skillfully managing a restaurant business. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Princess is deeply committed to giving back. Her altruistic nature shines through her establishment of the John Lomax Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing underprivileged children with essential school supplies during an annual book bag giveaway. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas, she dedicates her time to feeding and clothing the homeless, reflecting her passion for philanthropy. Originally from the south side of Chicago, she takes great pride in expanding her services to the vibrant city of Atlanta.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Being an entrepreneur in any business, you will be faced with obstacles and challenges when opening a new business. But being an entrepreneur in the medical field hasn’t been a walk in the park but it has taught me to be a little more disciplined with my business hours, scheduling of clients, and procedures I offer. Owning a bar and or restaurant comes naturally for me. I can operate those businesses with my eyes closed, but opening and owning a wellness/medical spa has been challenging because I’m not only providing a service to clients, but I’m opening a window of trust. My clients have to trust me as a provider so that they can feel comfortable with me treating their body as a whole, mind, body and soul.

Exquisite Wellness Bar (EWB) is dedicated to enhancing clients’ confidence through a range of rejuvenating services. EWB’s mission is to empower anyone seeking a confidence boost by helping them look and feel their best. In addition to weight loss, EWB offers Botox, non-invasive lipo techniques, lip blushing, and clinical research trials. EWB is most well-known for weight loss, IV therapy, and fillers. Many clients who visit EWB typically want a fast remedy for physical imperfections. While some of the clients who visit EWB ask for physical modifications if the client exhibits symptoms that are mentally concerning EWB will also point them in the direction of the appropriate resources. Our mission is to empower anyone seeking a confidence boost by helping them look and feel their best.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Going to nursing school becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and later receiving a Doctoral degree wasn’t a walk in the park for me. Growing up in two of the roughest parts of the side of Chicago, Englewood, and the East Side, didn’t allow me to have real legitimate role models. Where I was born and raised, we glamorized the D boys and their wives. We looked up to the biggest Drug dealers in the neighborhood which made me grow up chasing the man with the bag instead of chasing my own dreams. Dr. Cee posed a question on IG a few days ago asking what three words would you tell your younger self? This question was hard for me to answer because if I could turn back the hands of time, I would tell my younger self so many things, but the most important three words I would tell her is to “Bet On Yourself” once I started to bet on myself, things began to change in my life forever, and I became the bag instead of chasing the men with the bag, I became the CEO that some of our parents told us to marry. So this is to all the little black girls living in underprivileged areas throughout the world: never give up, keep God first, and Always I mean Always Bet on Yourself and everything you dream of will come to pass.
