Hi Fatimah, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I grew up in a household full of I have and entrepreneurs both my parents’ own business and I grew up wanted the same thing I’ve always loved fashion and hair but didn’t know where to start from. I moved from Florida in 2021, moved to GA. I was inspired watching young people in GA getting the bag. Because I hated working and I wanted financial freedom and have time for my kids and being a single mom. I came to my senses to make my mind up and come up with a plan to become everything that I wanted to be in the beauty business so I know I can’t do everything, I decided to start from doing hair from braids to natural hair. I wanted way more so I decided to go to the next big thing doing microlinks outside my apartment in buckhead and that took off and wanted to add more to the table because I was loving it even more…
I felt like my business needed to be a one-stop-shop where they can stay in one location with professional and classy& great customer service. I’ve always wanted to make people feel great about themselves and making people look good. What makes me happy most is that I can take a person from feeling down and bring them to the top and having them feel amazing about themselves. now I have my own salon/storefront. I even incorporated non-surgical body contouring, teeth Whitening, yoni steaming, and branding all my products and now selling hair online and in-store pick-ups. Also, I am working on traveling and helping others the that’s trying to become successful to own a business and maintaining it on their on. I love what I do and I am so excited in what’s next in store for me. My next goal is to help other Entrepreneurs around the globe online to learn what I know from starting, marketing and etc.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Entrepreneurship is never a smooth road. One of the biggest struggles for me was just feeling like I had no control over what happened next because of the unpredictable nature of being a business owner. Before my beauty career, I worked as a driver for Uber/Lyft and had slow days It was comfortable but not as consistent, as an entrepreneur, we have peaks and valleys. One week, you can sell out of products and the next week you may only sell 50-200 So, I had to learn to roll with the punches and accept the peaks and valleys of this business. I’ve been blessed to have maintained consistency and have accomplished much success in such a short time without the help of bring on to IG modeling or celebrity endorsements. If I could give another up-and-coming businesswoman advice, I’d tell her to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. In those moments we grow the most and become the greatest version of ourselves because nothing is easy. Hard work pays off and you will appreciate it. Keep thriving and never give up. If I can do it anyone else can. The sky is the limit and nothing is impossible.

My business is now located in North Decatur. We provide the best customer care and we are a clean and peaceful. It’s a private location and more relaxing for all people that walks in and wants to step away from their life and get pamper without a lot of people in one room, we offer complimentary drinks and snacks, fruits detox drinks to cleanse the body. What’s next?
The plans are having a tv show on the behind scenes in the beauty business and telling people that they can start a business with a little money. Also, a show on me traveling and teaching and showing people ropes. I’m working on a boom now and my online courses and also, I want to bring out product lines in stores. One day I will have a huge estate and have multiple all global Beauty everywhere so I can put more humans to work 😉
