Exploring Life & Business with Goddess Grace Grant of The Goddess Movement

Today we’d like to introduce you to Goddess Grace Grant.

Goddess Grace, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My story began in San Diego, CA. where is was born and raised. I had built success in Real Estate after many years of struggling to build clientele while sleeping on my mother’s couch, only to realize after 5 years of experiencing financial success- that I was burned out and unfulfilled due to scarfing my real dreams, visions and goals for the sake of a financial safety net.

This realization eventually led me to Atlanta, GA. where I deepened my spiritual experience as a black woman who could finally be immersed in the type of sisterhood my heart yearned for, while also building a network of business oriented black women that became my support network as we leveled up together in business and in life. They say moving to Atlanta won’t change your life…. well, I beg to differ.

Atlanta was the black Mecca I needed coming from California, where most spiritual circles are heavily gentrified. Moving to Atlanta was a culture shock for me in the best of ways, because it gave me the tools and support to decolonize my mind and finally be around people who understand me in ways I never thought I could be understood as a spiritually intuitive black woman.

Granted, my journey- despite experiencing the highest of highs, was certainly not without the lowest of lows. I began to find success as a Tantric Practitioner and & Life Coach, and I discovered my love for world traveling- as I finally felt the soul-fulfillment I sought in San Diego to no avail. I was living the life of my dreams, my free spirited self was alive and in these streets!

I went from being too conservative in my lifestyle, to being so free-spirited that I ended up going broke and living in my car. I cried many nights, deeply ashamed of how I ended up where I did.

I was forced to get a job and rebuild from the ground up. I began working as an Airport Ramp Agent in the DC area, which led to me becoming a Flight Attendant in Charlotte NC, through which I was able to slowly yet surely rebuild myself and embody the learned lessons of life balance as it relates to structure & discipline, versus operating in divine flow and soul-fulfillment.

I blogged through much of my struggle era, as vulnerability has always been my superpower. I shared my highs and lows with the world and they responded back to me with encouragement, kindness, love and the moral support I needed to let me know I was not in this alone.

My blogging and guest articles eventually “made it out of the group chat” and turned into a collective of black women who came together to support one another in our own respective journeys of self development. That collective soon organically turned into more opportunities to come together and offer support & guidance to other aspiring women beyond the perimeter of our collective as well, including hosting International Retreats & in-person Goddess Gatherings- and that was the start of what is now The Goddess Movement- a dynamic personal development sisterhood rooted in divine feminine principles, where we help melanated women cultivate and embody their highest divine feminine potential in mind, body, spirit and success.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
What a triggering question! Lol. The most significant struggles along this journey have almost always come from my disregulated nervous system and lack of capacity to sustain the success I (relatively easily) called in. I have always been an instant, master Manifestor. I’ve always known how to get what I want, and ive always known how to alchemize my emotions to move through whatever inner resistance I experienced that momentarily blocked me from achieving that which I desired.

But although I possessed this magical, innate skillset and these intuitive gifts as a spiritual being; my human body frequently rejected my present moment reality as unsustainable and a threat to my wellbeing, even while basking in the blessings I intentionally and divinely called in. My anxiety constantly told me the blessings wouldn’t last; my inner stored-trauma consistently told me I wasn’t deserving of it, my lack of energy always told me I couldn’t handle the responsibility of my achievements for much longer- so I collapsed- every single time. I collapsed and rebuilt myself from the ground up over a dozen times in my life, each time learning more and more how to expand my capacity to handle the magic my existence created, and even demanded.

Expanding my nervous system capacity, mastering my emotional regulation skills, and tending to my hormonal health were the essential building blocks that were necessary for me to become the woman I needed to be, to sustain the levels I desired to ascend into. I suffered many torturous seasons in which I had to painfully learn to be comfortable in discomfort and uncertainty for months at a time, I had to learn true discipline and consistency, and how to show up even as my world fell apart, and I had to strengthen my overall relationship to masculine energy while still honoring the power of my femininity, moving from internal alignment into inspired action.

We’ve been impressed with The Goddess Movement, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Goddess Movement is a personal development sisterhood community, rooted in divine feminine principles. We help melanated women cultivate and embody their highest divine feminine potential in mind, body, spirit & success.

We are intuitive, goal-oriented women who are feelers, thinkers, and doers; women who feel deeply and intuitively, who are cerebral and solution-oriented, and who are action-driven executors committed to real-life evolution and elevation.

TGM operates through a digital community platform where members connect in sisterhood and access free virtual events centered on spirituality, health and wellness, and entrepreneurship/financial literacy. Within our ecosystem, women also have access to a professional directory, networking and collaboration opportunities, community chapters across multiple cities and countries, and transformational mentorship programs designed to support the next level of Goddess embodiment.

In addition to the digital experience, The Goddess Movement also hosts international luxury retreats and local Goddess Gatherings, creating immersive, in-person spaces for connection, embodiment, and elevation.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Day dreaming about the woman I am today.
