Hi Ian, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m a third-generation licensed massage therapist with over 25 years of experience. My grandmother, mother, & brother are all therapists as well. I’m also the owner of IanV Mobile Spa Services. Massage is my passion. I’d like to offer free services someday. We accommodate your massage needs by coming to you. Whether it be the comfortability of your home or the workplace with chair massage. We also invite you to our spa if you want to get away.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been up and down. I trained up under two generations. So I’m able to avoid some hurdles they experienced. The challenge is getting people to understand the true benefits of massage. As it is a necessity disguised as a luxury.
As you know, we’re big fans of Spa/massage. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I specialize it custom massage therapy. I blend Swedish, deep tissue, compression, Thai, stretching, aroma therapy and essential oils as needed.
