Exploring Life & Business with Jailyn Cade of Jaunty and Inspiring

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jailyn Cade.

Hi Jailyn, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
At 18, I was known as Jaiminks, selling lashes locally all while working at US beauty mart. By the age of 20 i was the Purchasing Director of Us beauty mart corporations. While working at US beauty I began taking nails seriously. I loved becoming Jaidonails. It gave me purpose. Offering more than just a service-sometimes even playing the role of a counselor, brought me joy. Early 2024, I had the realization: it wasn’t just doing nails that fulfilled me. It was the glow on my clients’ faces when i finished- the confidence they carried walking out the door. Thats when I knew i wanted more, I wanted to impact more than just the 20 regulars i seen every month. I wanted to build something bigger- something beyond me. And that is the genesis of Jaunty and Inspiring.
A year ago Jaunty and Inspiring was just a vision, A dream Fueled by the countless messages i received from women of all ages, sharing how much i inspired them. Formally known as Jaidonails my journey has been marked by relentless dedication and countless sacrifices, all to create something better than myself. Now im building a billion-dollar brand that women can trust, a movement that empowers them to carry their confidence unapologetically.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No struggles but many scarifies. I started working at Wendys when i was 16, since then Ive never went without my own. Its April 2025, ive been without a car since September 2024. I could have cashed out on a brand-new car…instead I chose to follow Gods direction. Jaunty and inspiring is bigger than ME! A huge sacrifice for a greater cause. I also ran into minor setbacks. I originally wanted to launch “JAI” on my birthday December 9th, but the timing nor the weather was perfect… Delayed NOT denied. I also gave up a lot of my time, I separated myself big time. No outside, no unnecessary spending, no trips that aren’t sponsored :). I knew i had to cut out all distractions in order for me hear God and follow his directions!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
JAI is more than a brand—it’s a movement.
We’re known for empowering women to #CarryYourConfidence unapologetically. I’m building a community where confidence is contagious—where every girl and every woman feels like she owns the room the moment she walks in.

Jaunty and Inspiring isn’t here just to sell—JAI is here to shift the culture.
Our first product drop, the #JauntyBag, represents that shift. It’s not just a bag—it’s your travel companion. Whether you’re headed to a girls’ night, the gym, or catching a flight, your Jaunty Bag is by your side as a reminder that confidence travels with you.

Our mission? To become a household name, a billion-dollar brand that inspires women worldwide.
In the future, I see JAI opening up to the community in a bigger way—giving women across the globe the opportunity to become a #JauntyLady and experience a true lifestyle transformation. From exclusive events to travel experiences, life coaching, and more. Jaunty and Inspiring will be the brand that walks with you on your journey to your most confident self.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
With me building a community-driven brand having emotional intelligence is critical. Understanding people, leading with empathy, and creating authentic connections is what sets me apart as a founder. My ability to inspire, lead, and stay tapped into my audience is everything.
