Hi Jamie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story is actually began back in 2019 when MistikalBlaze came to life. I almost had deja vu in regards to the name. Offering planner services, balloon garlands, balloon walls, photo 360 services and hookah rental; MistikalBlaze was created to give lifelong memories for every special moment no matter how big or small.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The most challenging thing I think for any business has been covid. I started right before the pandemic got really bad and it hurt to see my dream put on pause. However, we slowly started to make strides toward the beginning of 2021 and are adapting to the challenge. We have seen an increase in business and hopefully, we continue that trend going into 2022.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Finding a mentor is just a bonus to help you transition and learn the business from different perspectives. To find a mentor, never be afraid to ask questions and ask for help or insight. Networking is essential. It can get you into doors that your aren’t even aware are open. What has worked well for me is networking and getting to know others in the business. It can help with last minute changes, emergencies and just overall experience.
