Hi Jasmine, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Jasmine Scott, owner and founder of Jazz Sold It, Realty an Atlanta based Real Estate company. I created my business as a realtor to help as many people build wealth through Real Estate. I’ve personally purchased homes and sold a home so I know the process in and out from the buyer and seller side. My top core value is putting my client’s best interest first as the house will sell itself. My role is to guide, educate, and represent every client with integrity and respect. Whether you are looking to buy your first home, sale your current one, or invest, I have the capability to get your deal sold and closed timely and efficiently!
If you buy real estate now and hold on to it for a few years, you’re going to sell it for a lot more than what you paid for it. Home prices in Atlanta have historically gone up over time with new developments and major corporations moving in. For instance, in 2018 if you purchased a home for $150K and it is now worth $300k, equity is the current value ($300k) minus what you owe on the mortgage $100k = $150K in equity! You do not have to own a home for 30 years and you do not have to put 20% on a down payment. I am really passionate about educating and advising others of how they can quickly build wealth and use their equity money to make more money. This is why I enjoy the wonderful world of real estate and being a realtor.

Like with any entrepreneurship business you are going to face challenges and setbacks. Real Estate is an investment to get into and takes a lot of time, money, and dedication before you will see the fruits of your labor. What you see on social media is not always glitz and glamour in real life. My passion is to help and serve my community and the people in it so it makes it all worth it for me.

I specialize in helping first-time home buyers and sellers. Growing up in Georgia has allowed me the luxury of knowing this desired city for all that it has to offer. Whether it be Fulton County, Cobb County, Douglas County, DeKalb County, or any other neighborhood in between, I can assist with finding the perfect home for you to call yours. With a college degree in marketing and over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, customer service and execution, my core values are geared to serving my clients and creating an exceptional experience for them.
What does success mean to you?
Every year I set out to help at least 10-20 families secure a new home. Seeing a client review or someone’s excitement they feel on closing day is to me what you call success. Nothing is more fulfilling than being good to people, what we give out completes the circle and comes back to us as grace. To continue my success I am also a student of the real estate game meaning I’m always educating myself on market trends, reading books, and going to seminars. Even experts and gurus of real estate maintain a level of research constantly while staying in the know.
