Hi Jennifer , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up in Augusta, Georgia, I was always fascinated by how people think, react, and make decisions. That curiosity led me to Atlanta, where I studied Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology at Emory University. There, I developed a strong foundation in interpreting medical evidence, understanding human behavior, and communicating complex concepts clearly. Law school became the natural next step, bringing together my interests in human dynamics, advocacy, and problem-solving.
After law school, I worked at Alston & Bird, LLP, and Arnall Golden Gregory, LLP, handling complex matters for multinational companies. My experience in Big Law instilled discipline, precision, and the importance of thorough preparation. Just as importantly, it showed me the powerful impact that thoughtful, strategic legal representation can have.
With those skills in hand, I took the leap to found my own firm, Yuan Law Group, building my reputation one client at a time. Driven by a desire to work more closely with clients and to create a practice grounded in empathy, transparency, and justice, Yuan Law Group focuses on car accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, claims involving Uber and Lyft, pedestrian accidents, and dog bite cases.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting my own law firm has been far from smooth. Building a client base from the ground up required countless long and often sleepless hours, and there were definitely moments of doubt along the way. Yet the opportunity to run my own practice and to make a real difference in my clients’ lives has always been my driving force. Every case has been a chance to learn, problem-solve, and improve, and seeing clients achieve positive outcomes has been incredibly rewarding. Over time, as I built a reputation for integrity and results, referrals from satisfied clients have helped the firm grow and thrive.
