Opening her Roswell location in 2020 meant navigating the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and a global recession—when most businesses were closing their doors, she had to find creative ways to adapt, from implementing strict safety protocols to reassuring clients that self-care was still essential in difficult times. Fast-forward to 2025, and Jessica faced another uphill climb: bringing a second location to life in Duluth during an economic downturn. Yet, she embraced these challenges as opportunities, proving that with resilience, adaptability, and a clear vision, growth is possible even in the toughest climates. I’ve realized that when you build with values first and earn the trust of your clients and community, the business not only survives but continues to thrive, no matter what obstacles come your way. It’s that unwavering foundation that has carried me through the hardest times and allowed me to keep growing.
