Despite their seemingly contrasting personalities, their shared values and goals became their ultimate strength. Mary, a New York native, brought over 30 years of expertise in Multi-Family Property Management after relocating to Georgia in 2007. Meanwhile, Kinser, a dedicated lifelong resident of Cobb County, channeled her passion for serving buyers and sellers into empowering fellow REALTORS.

In 2023, they identified a pressing issue within the real estate community: burnout among REALTORS who felt neglected by their brokers. This pivotal moment sparked the creation of EXIT Grassroots Realty, with a mission centered on community service and a commitment to “rescue REALTORS.” Starting with just one other agent in a quaint 600-square-foot office in Historic Powder Springs, Mary and Kinser set out to make a difference.

Against the odds, their vision blossomed, and within two years, they quadrupled their size and are now preparing to open a second office! Their success in such a competitive field is a testament to their dedication and heart. Committed to uplifting their community, they initiated clean-up days, organized local events, and held impactful fundraisers—raising over $20K for a local food pantry and a high school band in 2025 alone.
