Today we’d like to introduce you to Pooh Saucing.
Hi Pooh, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started taking music serious after I dropped out of college in 2018. I dropped my first album in 2019 and I really didn’t push it the way I wanted so I took a break from it and within that time I had my first child in 2021 and it made me look at life differently. I went back to college January 2022 graduate February 3, 2023 as a dental assistant/ business assistant. I work in a dentist’s office and I also have my own teeth-whitening business I’m Saucing Smiles. I still want to do music as well, but this EP Nearly Famous that I just dropped February 15th a day before my birthday will be my last release until I promote what I have out already. I also do YouTube for fun. I want to get more active on there. The goal for this year is multiple incomes.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Giving thanks to the man above. He is the reason I’m still going. Being a new mom and trying to balance my lifestyle was a little difficult, but with her being a little older now is more smooth. Also, being raised by a teen black single mother …. It wasn’t so smooth, but it made me look at life differently when I got older to understand things! Never depend on nobody! Work hard for what you want! Always remember what God has for you will ALWAYS be FOR YOU. Nobody can stop your divine order.

I’m the CEO of I’m Saucing Smiles. I offer teeth whitening. My service is for 90 mins. 15 mins for six rounds. Pricing is set for $150. Touchups are $50. I’m a dental assistant/ business assistant as well. I’m most proud of my business because I can provide a service of a brighter smile for a much cheaper price for those who feel like the dentist’s office are overcharging them.
What matters most to you? Why?
My child matters to me the most. She’s my motivation! Before I found out I was pregnant with her, I was ready to crash out. I felt like I didn’t have a purpose on this earth anymore! The minute I knew. My mindset changed completely! I had to go harder for my little one. As I keep faith in God and keep everything in his hands, I don’t stress about anything anymore because he got me.
