Rhonda Tandy-Pearson is the CEO and Executive Designer of Belle Ame Designs. I am a native of Columbus, GA and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Rhonda is a dedicated entrepreneur who takes pride in the creation of her designs. Though she launched her business selling custom t-shirts online, Rhonda has expanded the Belle Ame Designs brand to include in-store retail sales throughout Middle Georgia and Atlanta, GA.
In 2020, Rhonda began holding classes to share her craft with budding and existing entrepreneurs. Her commitment to the growth of her business allowed her to gain the knowledge necessary to help others develop and grow the businesses they desire. In 2021, Rhonda walked away from her corporate job of six years and began sharing the education, training, and experience she learned while growing her business with other entrepreneurs, as a Business Coach! Another highlight that occurred in 2021, was that she was able to generate 6 figures of revenue operating with only one employee.
As Rhonda continues to grow her brand and expand her services, she remains prayerful and purposeful in the pursuit of her goals. With the addition of Blessed by Belle Ame Designs, a line of custom t-shirts that highlight both strength and faith, Rhonda continues to showcase her determination, while always acknowledging that “With God, all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26).
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of the struggles that I have incurred is understanding the importance of having a team, battling depression as a business owner and understanding that you do not have to compromise your beliefs to offer a quality product.

My name is Rhonda Pearson and I am the CEO & Executive Designer of a 6-figure crafting business. I specialize in custom rhinestone apparel and helping small business owners get out of their own way. I am a creator, a business coach, a mentor and I am an educator. I am proof that you can operate in a saturated market and still be successful. I recently launched Belle Âme Business Bricks Mentoring, a safe place in which new and existing business owners can come receive group coaching to help elevate their businesses. We believe if your business structure isn’t strong, it’s just a disaster away from falling apart.
Within the last few years, there has been a change the atmosphere, and when this occurred, I quickly realized that I needed to pivot in my business. Honestly pivoting in my business is what made me not only relevant, but it made me realize that I can have multiple streams of income in an industry that I already work in. You don’t have to have 7 businesses to have seven streams of income. Once you figure out how to accomplish that, you will be two steps ahead of the game.
Lastly, I constantly remind myself that “the sky is not the limit, God is”. This helps me to continue it to dream big and not settle!!
I am known for unique rhinestone t-shirts that cater to businesses. What sets me apart is that I offer rhinestone apparel that immediately grabs the attention of potential clients. Brand wise I am most proud of how I have been able to pivot to still remain relevant in my industry.

Having a positive perception of my business is very important to me. The industry that I operate in is extremely competitive. It’s essential that I create a strong brand identity that resonates with my customers and potential customers. I understand how important it is for me to have a good reputation for my business. It is essential for any business to be well-regarded in order to build trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders. I try to do this by providing quality customer service, consistently delivering great products and services, and being active on social media. Additionally, building relationships with customers, other business owners can help to create a positive image for my business.
