It all began with Pain, deep emotional pain.
A feeling that could not be verbalized or put into context. It could not be comprehended or understood….
I felt it. It was REAL….It was there hidden somewhere deep inside… waiting to be felt all this while.
All areas of my life felt unfulfilled and really really dark…..
Marriage, Personal Health, Finances, Career & Life Purpose, Child’s wellbeing and of course other Relationships, all felt like they were heavy and dark as a stone. I felt trapped, destroyed by my own thoughts everyday based on my life experiences and the situation I was in.
I tried everything under the sun
I could not will it away
The pain was here to be TRANSFORMED

This is a story of SELF DISCOVERY & SELF LOVE. This is where the Feminine reclaims her POWER back through SELF MASTERY of her feminine archetypes.
My life purpose and mission are fueled by the journey of my SOUL. Remember my love, in our shadows lie our deepest Powers….
My work is focused around EMPOWERING SOULS so they never feel stuck. We are never really stuck in life! If we cannot come up with a physical solution, then we have to know and believe that there is a spiritual solution for everything. My sharing is Authentic, Powerful and Compassionate.
My PURPOSE & MISSION are evolving and as of now I find myself guiding people on the Ascension Journey, specifically women who desire to awaken and connect deeply with themselves. They seek a deep sense of awareness of their body and surroundings. I guide them to connect to their sacred flow of intuition, embrace their power thru shadow work and feel safe in their bodies. I design a holistic eco system of healing where I use different healing tools that have served me well on my healing journey. I combine the ancient Indian science of life, AYURVEDA with ENERGETICS (balancing & maintaining the masculine & feminine energies within). I strongly believe based on personal experience that the root cause of any imbalance in our body starts with the energy imbalance in deeper layers. We cannot isolate care and support to diet & lifestyle alone without addressing the spiritual side of things.
MY EARTH SCHOOL STUDY
We live in a masculine energy driven world, patriarchy has forced us and conditioned us to doubt our intuition. The feminine energy is wounded. Many women, including independent women walk in the shadow of a man. This can show up as toxic masculine energy in a father figure role, partner/spouse role or even the masculine energy we carry as women. Our nervous system needs a huge reset and nourishment. It is constantly in an overdrive reactive controlling mode.
PURPOSE DRIVEN WORK
I role model a way of life that is a byproduct of the breakthroughs , awakenings and evolution of my consciousness. As a Starseed/old soul I felt conditioned to claim my space in the world. I have always been connected to the spiritual aspect of my existence, now I am learning and mastering the material world.

Yes! I am here to question the norms. I am a role model for my community and naysayers to show them that DREAMERS like me can build a solid foundational soul led business. I am here to leave a legacy behind, a remembrance of the power of my soul. EMPOWERED LOVE IS THE MEDICINE WE ALL NEED
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This will not be an EMPOWERED read without the struggles & the hurdles.
A Starseed awakening is a rough spiritual ride. I spent 10 solid years in the Dark Night of the Soul. I did not even know what I was going through, I just questioned my extra struggles, existence and life purpose all the time.
I was not aware of the Divine plan till I embarked on the journey consciously. Details of challenges with marked timelines on my website provided below.
I still remember the day when I committed to my Spiritual Awakening & acknowledged it fully. The emotional pain grew even stronger and I have been very grateful for all the mentors & guides who came along my journey to support me in times when I felt really stuck. Embarking on a spiritual journey can feel like tearing yourself apart, experiencing high levels of discomfort in your own skin. All the old structures and belief systems crumble in your life to make way for new energy to come in. There is immense grieving & confusion involved. Trusting the process with Certainty in the plan of the Creator is a positive way to keep going no matter what the current physical reality looks like.
It has been months now, and I have consciously surrendered my journey to the Divine everyday. I ask of him to use me as a portal to serve humanity. All my offerings are sacred and in the service of Divine, I work on aligning my heart energy with my vision & power to create & serve. When I offer from the heart space, I know the feeling is different, its so expansive and inclusive of the collective.
MY BLOOD FAMILY WILL NEVER FULLY UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF MY CHALLENGES & PURPOSE.
As a spiritual warrior, I still keep going… we do not look in the past or future… staying present with what is … is a challenge in itself. As an old soul, I am upfronting and facing all of my karma & deep old soul wounds.
KEEPING UP WITH THE HEALING & ADAPTATION OF THE NEW IDENTITY
Spiritual awakening gifts you a new identity, a new solid role to play. This is the journey to your true self. Balancing the CHAKRA SYSTEM, constantly doing the INNER WORK, keeping the CONNECTION to the source alive. Its a lot of grind in the higher realms , spiritual warfare is exhausting, fighting the demons in 5D, the ones that no one else can see and sense is a real thing for me. The journey is from the ROOT to the CROWN after all 🙂

I started my business as HEARTFELT AYURVEDA (an etsy shop) creating INTUITIVE ARTISAN TEAS & TISANES BASED ON AYURVEDA & SPIRITUAL WISDOM. I serve the community with concoction recipes channelled by me to connect to your mind body spirit system. I identified that creating a Safe Space of Expression is a need in the collective consciousness. We always create a shift by starting the work with self. Tea rituals and the art of being with tea and tisanes invites an opportunity to craft a guided ritual based on individual needs. It is a sacred space of self introspection and stillness much desired however people struggle with where to start.
Creating a familiar product helps them to start the process. I do not identify as a tea business, I view the product as a portal, a channel to create that connection that we all desire but are unaware of. We feel our happiness will be derived from desiring materials, relationships, vacations etc however what we truly desire is the connection to source.
As a collective, we are all moving towards the same goal, consciously and unconsciously. My work and business believes in making people feel complete and whole in themselves so the external becomes more of a want not NEED.
