Today we’d like to introduce you to Taylor Broughton.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey started in 2017 my sophomore year in college. I was playing soccer and my goal was to continue on to play professionally. Surprisingly, that plan changed very quickly when I lost the passion for the game. I then started to be intentional with figuring out what the next step was. That is when I found my purpose. I started making Motivational Monday videos on Instagram and people responded well, they loved them. I then started to really take it seriously and dive into entrepreneurship. My leap of faith has now allowed me to expand and grow in ways like no other. I got connected and I always would network, because I was going to do what it takes to make it happen and walk through new doors. I now have a brand ‘TayFeedsTheStreets’ that offers numerous services such as modeling, speaking, property management/airbnb, trading and more.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This journey has been very rewarding and an experience within itself, but it has been far from easy. You have to really be dedicated, solid, disciplined and just really willing to do whatever. I have experienced numerous setbacks, struggles, and challenges along the way. Some in fact, were consistency, breaking habits, comparing and just being at peace during the process. All of these things were hindering me in different ways and it wasn’t until I was able to recognize it, accept the truth and start to be intentional with finding solutions and doing the real work. It’s almost like becoming a whole new person that you so used to being, but you have to change to really unlock the greatest version of yourself.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am adoretaylorr and I am an influencer/entrepreneur known for my inspirational videos. I am very passionate about purposeful living and experiencing freedom. The name of my brand is TayFeedsTheStreets. It’s a metaphoric phrase but the goal is to fill people up with the necessary tools, services and information that will give them hope, inspiration, freedom, power and an overall life-changing experience. The goal is transformation. I provide different services such as speaking, modeling, property management/airbnb, trading, and my non-profit.
What sets me apart from others, is that I operate out of my authentic truths. I am wholeheartedly me. I am a businesswoman that loves God and is about her business and loves to serve & help others. I have a different level of hunger. I am most proud that I have really stayed down and kept my word to myself. Like regardless, I still show up.
I am in the process of rebranding, dropping a podcast and dropping a new launch. This launch is really going to be the biggest thing I have done thus far. Be on the lookout for that!
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Integrity, self-accountability, self-awareness, perseverance and humor are some characteristics I truly value when it comes to success. I think they all tie into really being willing to do the necessary to grow, expand and really go to the next level. We sometimes project outward to be successful but the real work and the real success is inward.
