Hi Tenisha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
GoldenWay started with the elderly.
While caring for older family members, I saw how difficult it could be for seniors to get safe, reliable transportation — and how often dignity and patience were missing. Simple trips to appointments shouldn’t feel stressful or uncertain.
Those real-life experiences shaped my path as a founder. GoldenWay Club LLC was created to serve seniors with respect, consistency, and care, while giving families peace of mind.
We’re building more than a service — we’re setting a higher standard for how elders are supported every day.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Building an elder-focused business means balancing compassion with logistics, compliance, and trust — and that’s not always easy.
Some of the biggest challenges have been earning trust in a highly sensitive space, navigating regulations, and growing while staying true to our values. I’ve also had to learn how to lead through uncertainty, make tough decisions, and keep going even when progress felt slow.
Those challenges shaped GoldenWay Club into a stronger, more intentional company — and they continue to guide how we grow.
We’ve been impressed with GoldenWay Club LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
GoldenWay Club LLC is an elder-focused, monthly subscription–based transportation service designed to make getting around simple, safe, and reliable for seniors. Members choose a plan based on how often they need rides, which gives them a set number of trips each month for medical appointments, errands, and daily activities.
What sets us apart is our human-centered approach. We prioritize patience, dignity, and consistency — no rushing, no treating seniors like numbers. Families gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones have dependable transportation they can count on.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud that GoldenWay stands for trust and respect. Our subscription model removes stress and uncertainty, while our service raises the standard for how seniors are supported. GoldenWay isn’t just transportation — it’s consistency, care, and peace of mind, month after month.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories is learning how to drive by taking my grandmother and grandfather on errands and to their doctor’s appointments.
I didn’t realize it then, but those moments taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of showing up for the people who depend on you. Looking back, it feels full circle — those early experiences planted the seed for what would eventually become GoldenWay Club.
