Hi Valentina, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I come from a small immigrant family from Venezuela that arrived in this country 13 years ago with big dreams and a strong desire to build a better future for myself and my family. Like many others, I worked in various jobs over the years, but eventually, I started working at a bank that offered mortgage loans. That’s where I discovered my true passion, helping people. Not just in achieving the dream of homeownership, but in guiding and supporting them through every step of the process. Today, after years in this industry, I continue with the same heart and commitment that inspired me from the beginning.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been an easy road. Like many families, we faced challenges: language barriers, financial struggles, the challenge of adapting to a new country, and in my case, personal losses as well. Personally, starting in the mortgage industry wasn’t easy; there was a learning curve and moments of doubt. But each obstacle taught me a valuable lesson. Those difficult moments shaped me and made me even more committed to my work, and especially to something as important as helping my clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

With years of experience in the mortgage industry, I provide guidance every step of the way, ensuring that each client feels supported and informed.
