Can you walk us through the onboarding process for a new client?
When onboarding a new client, the first step is always an in-depth consultation. Whether it’s a buyer or seller, I take the time to understand their goals, timeline, and any unique circumstances that could influence their real estate journey. For buyers, this includes discussing their must-haves, preferred neighborhoods, and budget. For sellers, we evaluate their property and discuss strategies to maximize its value and appeal.
Next, we move into the planning phase. For buyers, I guide them through the pre-approval process if they haven’t already secured financing, and we start curating a list of homes that match their criteria. For sellers, we craft a personalized marketing strategy, which might include professional photography, staging consultations, and determining the right listing price based on market analysis.
Communication is key throughout this process. I make sure every client feels informed and empowered by keeping them updated on timelines, next steps, and any new opportunities that arise. My goal is to make the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible while delivering exceptional results.
Have you tried any fun, non-traditional marketing ideas? If so, we’d love to hear the story and details.
Absolutely! I believe in creating meaningful and lasting connections with my clients, and I’ve incorporated some non-traditional marketing approaches to build those relationships. One of my favorite strategies is hosting personalized dinners or giving thoughtful, celebratory gifts to mark milestones—whether it’s closing on a home or taking the next big step in the buying or selling process. These gestures not only show appreciation but also help build trust and rapport, which are essential in such a significant financial transaction.
I also host a yearly client appreciation party, which has become a highlight for many of my clients. It’s a chance to celebrate our relationships and show my gratitude for their support. The event is either catered or held at a local restaurant, and we make sure the atmosphere is warm and welcoming—with plenty of great food and flowing drinks! It’s a fantastic opportunity for my clients to connect with me and each other, and it reinforces the sense of community that I aim to foster.

What’s next on my brand roadmap is a continued commitment to supporting the Atlanta community, both personally and professionally. As the VP of Mentorship for the Buckhead Business Association, I’m dedicated to fostering growth and leadership within our local business community. I also stay actively involved with local charities, which aligns with my passion for giving back and building meaningful connections.
These efforts are an integral part of my self-branding, reflecting my dedication to being not just a real estate advisor but also a trusted advocate for the community. By staying engaged and informed, I’m able to provide my clients with the most up-to-date market insights and unparalleled service.
