Hi Andreas, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I got started because at the time I was promoting myself as an artist. I realized that when I would appear on other platforms, the time was short and very limited along with competing with other guests. I wanted to solve this problem and researched how I would go about creating my own platform. I finally pulled the plug and leverage the relationships I built and ventured out to building my platform. I am currently building my audience in the Metro Atlanta area after relocating from Macon, GA.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
When starting anything in life, the road will never be smooth. Building value in a platform to where you can monetize it takes consistency and strategy. It takes showing up every day even when you are tired and unmotivated. I had to learn what people wanted to experience and deal with those that are not serious about their careers. I’ve had guests I booked for interviews to highlight what they were doing not show up or call and let me know they were not going to make it. Now I already can tell if someone is serious or not about coming through. Getting small businesses to recognize they need to pay for promotion and marketing is always a challenge. Some get it and others do not. They forget there are levels to advertising and expect platforms to be big as The Breakfast Club before they consider them of value. The bigger the platform the bigger the price tag for advertising.

Bankedoutt Marketing, LLC is the registered business name with Bankedoutt Radio Show being the platform brand that I use to interview and distribute that content across social media platforms and audio platforms. I also help small businesses that are in the infant stages or what I like to call the toddler stages with social media marketing, operations and branding. I have been an entrepreneur since 2005 and have helped several businesses over the years reach many revenue streams. The biggest revenue stream has been in the high six figures: 750k. I am proud that I have been able to build a brand that many recognize and others have benefited from. I have signed talent to podcast shows to where they went on to do other things. I have also mentored others to help them achieve their creative dreams and expand their personal brand in the community. I provide services to those looking to build their small business through social media and operational practices that work. I also help those seeking to get into the podcast industry build their brands and monetize their platforms.
