Hi Anthony, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
The short-term rental business started for me in 2019. The Super Bowl was in Atlanta and a friend of mine recommended I do a short-term rental! During Super Bowl weekend, this completely changed my mindset on what is looks like to make money on a rental property.
By the end of 2019, I had three properties. By the end of 2020, I had 21 properties. By the end of 2021, I had over 30 properties. Through networking, consistency and the proper systems in place, I was able to scale from 3 to 30 in under two years.
Now, I am a self-published author for “Big House, Big Money”, teaching people what I’ve done and saving them from making the same mistakes I made.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It was not always a smooth road. In 2019, I was scaling fast but I was still a one-man team. As we all know, you cannot do everything by yourself. I had a cleaning team in place that tried to sabotage the business but that was my wake-up call. I implemented systems, hired my first manager and worked hard to provide great service to our guests.

What were you like growing up?
I have always been a hustler so I was a little kid. Dedicated to making money and people not telling me what to do. I was dedicated to obtaining financial freedom for myself and my family.
