Hi Ashley, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my professional clinical journey to become a licensed therapist in 2009. I have always believed that the health of the mind is just as essential as physical well-being, and this belief has guided my work throughout my career. I found immense joy in watching clients reach their goals through intentional, targeted treatment plans designed to support their growth and healing.

My commitment to the field has since evolved into the practice of clinical supervisor, after discovering a passion for educating and mentoring new therapists. Supporting budding clinicians as they develop their skills, ethics, and professional identities has allowed me to expand my impact in meaningful ways. I felt called to pour into others so they, too, could help transform lives.

This passion for education and leadership also inspired me to broaden my reach by speaking, teaching, and consulting in ways that support both clients, clinicians, and communities internationally. Through these efforts, I continue to uplift communities and organizations, empower therapists, and contribute to a field I care deeply about. Driven by a mission to elevate the field and empower clients, clinicians, and communities; I strive to serve as a voice of compassion, wisdom, and hope—inviting audiences to embrace healing, pursue alignment, and step into the fullness of their purpose.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
An area for growth on my journey as a clinical professional has been granting myself permission to evolve, to reinvent my path, and to honor my whole self—rather than reducing who I am into isolated parts. This has been one of the most transformative aspects of my journey. Embracing my evolution has required courage, self-compassion, and a willingness to step into new versions of myself with intentionality and grace.

Concrete Rose International is a clinical brand that recognizes the impact of education and shared knowledge. I have broadened my reach from counseling and supervision, by engaging in speaking opportunities that inspire, inform, and uplift. I present at workshops, conferences, and professional gatherings internationally, offering insight on trauma healing, mental wellness, cultural relevance in treatment, and the power of intentional therapeutic practice. My speaking style blends warmth, expertise, and authenticity, making complex concepts accessible while encouraging deeper reflection and transformation.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Authenticity- I do not aspire to be or duplicate another’s approach. I believe in alignment with our destinies, which can only be achieved by true authenticity.
