Hi Asif, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to Atlanta from Chicago when I was 17 with just a dream. Joined School while working two jobs so I could survive and study. Few years went by, and I learned real quick how important financial decisions are. I remember working long hours while my friends were out and about living life but I just wanted to get the financial stress out of the way so without distractions kept my focus going. Few years later a friend reached out with an opportunity in the Jewelry business started there and thats all it took took that to the max level. From there, I started brokering cars and got into the retail business, which initially let me in the doorway of construction. Something about construction always fascinated me. Today Mistrys Group Our parent company is proud to have Our Construction Firm, Automotive Dealerships and other Automotive ventures, Housing and commercial rentals, and a bunch of different ventures. All praise is due to GOD, We are always in search of new talent to pass the knowledge.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life itself is not smooth. You just have to stay focused with no distractions and keep on pushing forward. Struggles are a part of any beautiful journey. You have to embrace the struggles. When I started the journey to build a better financial future I was Alone on my own You must walk Alone. I just wanted to give it my best and stay focused. My focus was and always has been so sharp that I just embraced all the challenges which came along the way. When you’re broke and new people just want to use and abuse BUT I had to keep my focus maintained. It’s all about Your mindset and focus!
