Today we’d like to introduce you to Bennie Plummer.
Hi Bennie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m from Dublin, Georgia born and raised by my wonderful parents Willis and Renita Plummer. I graduated from West Laurens High School in 2004. I earned a degree ͏i͏n Hotel Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. I grew up seeing my parents work hard so working hard isn’t new to me. I also have two boys Jordon and Madden that I love dearly and my business name was inspired by the both of them. I’ll be married in Spring of 2023 to the love of my life Bernard Nelson. I started out working in hospitality with Ihg and then moved on to work for Marriott International from a front desk agent and advanced all the way up to General manager as well a few years as a Director of Sales. It was during my time there I learned about leadership, time management, team building skills, and communication skills. All these skills will be needed to run an empire. In 2020 just before the pandemic M͏e and Marriott parted ways which little did I know was the best thing ever. I became certified with the National Drug and Alcohol Association to be a DOT-certified collector then I went on to become an instructor to train and certify individuals all over the world to be collectors as well and assist them to start their businesses in drug and alcohol testing. I can honestly say God blessed me to be here two years later and vastly growing. I can name so many people who have inspired me along the way but I have to say it was simply God and his mercy next to him my mother, Renita! I also have to add that my students don’t understand how much they have inspired me along my journey.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
To be honest, I can say it hasn’t been a hard road but to say smooth one of course not lol but the resources were definitely there for me and that’s because it was God’s will and I was disciplined and obedient to follow his lead.

We’re a nationwide company that offers first-class service! I specialize in Specimen validity testing (SVT) which is detecting urine specimen substitution, adulteration, or dilution. I’m known for my professionalism, consistency and owning up and delivering on all promises. What I’m most proud of brand-wise is we’re able to learn from the setbacks and retrain where needed and with that, we saw a 67% growth over 2021. What were you like growing up?
I was always talkative, the one who always have the mic! I love to play with cousins, go to family cookouts and just all around energetic.
