Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandi Rhodes.
Hi Brandi, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m a lifelong athlete. I started figure skating at the age of four and had a 17-year competitive career. After skating, I joined the professional wrestling world, working with WWE for many years and spearheading the AEW brand in its infancy. I have now decided to step away from athletic entertainment and open Naked Mind Yoga + Pilates to offer people a place to practice the two things that have healed and improved my body and mind immensely, Yoga and Pilates.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have been many challenges. Figure skating is a tough and expensive sport. My parents sacrificed so much to allow me to pursue my passion. The wrestling world is cutthroat and often widely known as not an easy career path for females. I was able to navigate through the hurdles, rumors, and challenges to become the first woman of color to hold an executive position in a major wrestling promotion. But even opening the studio was tough. Unforeseen circumstances with the construction pushed my opening back for weeks and weeks, and there was so much uncertainty. But now it’s all come together, and I haven’t a single regret.

We are the only studio in the Atlanta area offering yoga, Pilates reformer classes, AND childcare all under one roof. We are passionate about helping our members achieve their goals. We offer all types of yoga, including Ashtanga, Universal, Vinyasa, Power, and Sculpt. We offer heated and non-heated classes, and our pricing is competitive.
