Hi Brittany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my first business at 15 alongside my sister, hosting house shows for touring bands right in our parents’ living room. That experience sparked our love for events, leading us to open our own venue and expand into event planning, rentals, and décor services. Over the years, that passion for creativity and connection evolved into a full-fledged career. Today, I run a boutique creative agency specializing in social media and creative services for entertainment industry professionals. I’m also a partner and talent manager in my family’s talent management company and the founder of a thriving women’s social community.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been far from smooth! I’ve faced plenty of ups and downs, but my faith, family, and incredible team have made the journey easier. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been told ‘no,’ doubted, let down, or even betrayed. There were moments when I wanted to give up, questioning if I was even worthy of success. But my support system has always lifted me up, reminding me of my purpose. Over time, I’ve learned to turn setbacks into fuel and let the haters be my motivators.

As a serial entrepreneur, I’m always on the move! I specialize in entertainment, events, and social media, wearing many hats in an ever-evolving industry. My office is based in Atlanta, but my work takes me on the road often. No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly what I love about it!
What I’m most proud of is the success I’ve built so far, my ability to pivot when needed, and, most importantly, the impact I’ve been able to make on others along the way.
I want readers to know that I pour my heart and soul into everything I do. Every project, every service, and every experience I create is built with passion, dedication, and a drive to constantly elevate. I’m always thinking about how I can grow and, in turn, how I can take my clients’ experiences to the next level.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Absolutely! In my line of work, about 80% of what I do involves taking risks—I don’t really have the option not to, haha. If I gave up every time something didn’t work out, I was told ‘no,’ or I lacked the resources to bring a vision to life, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Over time, I’ve learned to be wise in my risk-taking and to trust God for clarity in every step of the journey.
