Today we’d like to introduce you to Cierra Starr.
Hi Cierra, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Starr Bella started the year of 2020. I was in a place where I was ready for a change. I was getting to the point where working a job was just not for me, but I still continued. I was going to school for Cosmetology. Just had a baby the year of 2019. I kept telling myself this is not it, there’s more for me to do. I remember one day I was sitting at home doing a lot of research about the business. Then it hit me that it was time to start something new. I remember running to my vehicle I quickly began to crank my car in ride to the store. As I was driving God began to download so many ideas into my spirit. I remember walking fast down the aisles to find notebooks and pens. As I made it back home, I sat down on my bed in started to write. I wrote down things I was interested in doing, I wrote down different names for my business I wrote so much that before the week was out, I had to go back to the store to buy more notebooks. Finally, I had everything all together, it hit me the name for my business STARR BELLA, Starr being my last name, I looked up the word Bella in French it means beautiful. I knew then that I chose the perfect name. From there, Starr Bella would become this beautiful beauty business, selling lip-glosses, lipstick, eyelashes, personal care products, etc. Starr Bella would also begin to start doing Pop Up Shops for the community where we would bring business owners from all over Georgia and other states to come together to network and just have a great time. Walking by Faith and not by Sight is how I got to where I am today. Knowing that God has me every step of the way.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not…It was times where I felt like I just wasn’t doing enough. I would go days or weeks before getting a sale. Sometimes having to pause everything when business was just going too slow. During the process, I stopped a few times, but I never gave up.

Starr Bella established in 2020 beauty & cosmetic products. Starr Bella has achieved trustworthiness, excellent reputation and great quality products. Also known for great customer service and bringing business owners together.
Starr Bella goes above in beyond to make sure everyone that comes in contact with her is well happy and pleased. She puts God first with everything that she does.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Yes, one of my favorite books to read is the 12-week year “Get more done in 12 weeks then others do in 12 months” written by Brian P Moran & Michael Lennington and can’t forget my bible of course.
