Born and raised in the aggressive streets of Harlem, New York, Eboni Calloway birthed Hustle Her LLC in 2018 to inspire and enhance the everyday hustle and bustle of the ambitious visionary, creative, and hustler. Hustle HER stands for “Hustle Having Effective Reason”. The aspiring Philanthropist desires to cultivate a platform to help others and make a difference.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road but I’m grateful for all of the obstacles that I’ve experienced because it helped shape me into the person that I am today but also prepared me for where I’m going tomorrow. Some of my struggles was overworking myself to the point it affected my mental health, doing business with the wrong people, and having to deal with unexpected situations that was out of my control.

Hustle HER (Having Effective Reason) is a brand that specializes in Entrepreneurship and Management. The purpose of Hustle HER is to help individuals build a foundation while receiving mentorship from a holistic approach in an environment that promotes, Motivation, Self-care, and overall Comprehensive Support. In alignment with trying to build a positive foundation, Hustle HER has helped managed up-and-coming music artists, sponsored free counseling services, mental health events, and a toy drive. I don’t necessarily feel like there’s a division between Hustle HER and other brands whose mission is to make a positive impact on the world.
Other than the accomplishments, what I’m most proud of is the overall growth and journey of the brand. Despite not having it all figured out in the beginning, I think my story will help other aspiring entrepreneurs and creatives to be ok with not having it all figured out. Patience and perseverance gave me clarity of my journey. Our goal is to promote the understanding of self-care in correlation to the everyday hustle towards prominency. We all know that with building a business comes burnout, compassion fatigue, etc. As a brand, we feel that people especially men would benefit from a safe space to embrace empathy and destigmatize the normalcy of what it “takes” to become an Entrepreneur i.e. “no days off”, “team no sleep”, etc. A portion of the proceeds of Hustle HER will be invested to help uplift and support different community-based organizations.
What’s next?
My plan is to get more involved with the community, sponsor charitable events, create a platform that will effect people in a positive way, and more.
