Hi Elena, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey began long before I arrived in the United States. I was born and raised in Venezuela, where I built my career as a lawyer and developed a deep sense of justice and service to others. When I immigrated to the U.S. eleven years ago, I had to start from scratch — learning a new language, adapting to a new system, and finding a new purpose.

That path led me to create Community Services EC LLC, a project born from my own experience as an immigrant. I realized that many people in our community were struggling not because they lacked courage, but because they lacked clear and trustworthy information about the immigration process. I decided to turn my knowledge into educational resources — guides, workshops, and digital content — to help others manage their cases with confidence and dignity.

What began as small volunteer work for close friends has grown into a trusted educational platform that now reaches immigrants in more than 30 U.S. states. Through social media, online courses, and community collaboration, I’ve helped many people prepare their immigration documentation ethically and correctly.

Today, my focus is on education and empowerment. I’m not an attorney in the United States, but I use my background and community experience to simplify complex topics and make them accessible to everyone. My mission is to continue building bridges between knowledge and opportunity to strengthen our immigrant community.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has taught me a valuable lesson.

When I came to the United States, I had to start over in every sense. I had worked as an attorney in Venezuela, but here I dedicated myself fully to caring for my family and children. It was emotionally challenging to rebuild my professional identity in a new country, with a different language, and without the same support network or recognition I once had.

There were moments of doubt and uncertainty, but also of growth and reflection. I learned that every stage, even the hardest ones, has a purpose.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that success takes time, consistency, and faith. Every obstacle has made me stronger and more committed to serving from the heart — and to keeping alive my calling to help others.

Community Services EC LLC is an educational platform dedicated to helping immigrants navigate the U.S. immigration process. I prepare immigration forms with professionalism and strict compliance with the law. Through guides, workshops, and online resources, I educate immigrants and provide ethical, community-focused support so they can complete their forms correctly and understand their options with confidence.

What sets my work apart is its educational and human-centered approach. I don’t offer legal representation; instead, my mission is to teach, guide, and empower people so they can avoid mistakes and protect themselves from misinformation.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of immigrants across more than 30 states, and the impact has grown organically through trust, transparency, and word of mouth. I’m proud that Community Services EC has become a space where people find hope, guidance, and dignity along their immigration journey.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending time with my family — especially during Christmas. We used to travel together, celebrate, and enjoy every moment as a united family. Those times taught me the value of love, togetherness, and gratitude, lessons that still guide me today.
