Hi Genuwine Beauty, thank you for sharing your story with me – can you please start by bringing us up to speed on how you got to where you are today, both personally and professionally.
How I got today where the position I’m at now taking risk and making my failures into my strengths failing is only the half part of success the road to success is never easy or planned as expected for this to be executed the way thing you thought you expect. I wouldn’t change nothing that has happen to me as a human being everyday we still learning and striving to get to the next height in life and career.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It wasn’t always easy for Genuwine Beauty to genuinely be herself, as she had to face scrutiny for wanting to live her truth. She is not your typical Trans Woman, “I don’t follow the norm of what a trans woman should be – Always extra feminine, the boob surgery, the big booty surgery and stuff like that…”says the rapper. It has been a challenge. However, women like GB are changing the game and what it means to be a female rap artist. GB uses her platforms and music to empower her peers and breakthrough any stereotypes thrown at her as she remains true to herself and her art, the multiplatform entrepreneur has become an example of what amazing things can happen when you turn challenges into strength.

A&R and Booking Agent for Morbookings. Morbookings is a booking agency for independent artists that assists artists in getting performance gigs. If any artist is interested, they can reach out to her via email or social media. Genuwine is a booking agent, she will schedule you for as much dates as the artist schedule will allow. Some performance venues are in front of key industry executives who are hungry and eager to sign the next big artist. Morbookings is set apart from other booking agencies because our artist are able to get the recognition from industry DJ’s, A&R’s and labels. If they’re interested, they can hit us up, we have shows all over the USA.
