We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
“It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. When I first started, I faced challenges like shifting from running a brick-and-mortar juice bar to building an online model, and also finding ways to educate people on the importance of health and wellness in communities that don’t always have easy access. On top of that, balancing motherhood while growing my business has been one of the biggest challenges. There were times I questioned if I could manage it all — being present for my child while also nurturing my vision. But those struggles really pushed me to get creative, set healthy boundaries, and lean into my purpose. Every obstacle became a lesson in resilience, and it shaped me not only as an entrepreneur, but also as a mother committed to modeling health, balance, and perseverance for my child and my community.”

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business is all about health, healing, and community. I started with a brick-and-mortar juice bar, and when that season ended, I transitioned into an online juice business while continuing to expand into teaching yoga and mindful movement. I specialize in juicing for health and disease prevention, and I’m known for creating blends that are not only delicious but also targeted to support specific needs — from boosting immunity to helping manage conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just sell juice — I educate. I teach people how food can be medicine, how to eat for their blood type, and how to bring simple, holistic practices into their daily lives. I also lead yoga and movement classes to help people connect with their bodies in a deeper way.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of building JUGG’s, a community that feels like family. It’s more than a juice — it’s a lifestyle. I want readers to know that my brand is rooted in love, healing, and empowerment. Whether it’s through juice, yoga, or education, my goal is to give people tools to reclaim their health and live with intention.”

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I don’t really believe my journey has been about luck — good or bad. It’s been about the cards I was dealt and how I chose to play them. Life handed me challenges, both in business and in motherhood, but instead of seeing them as setbacks, I used faith, resilience, and vision to turn them into stepping stones. To me, luck is passive — you wait for it to happen. But my story has been about being active, intentional, and faithful in how I move. That’s what has carried me, and that’s what continues to set the tone for my business and my life.
