Hi Gloria, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started fixing phones when I was 19 years old. I started from a small town in Norwood in Birmingham Alabama. I came up with the idea of mobile repair to provide luxury efficient & reliable service for my community. I am the only mobile repair company in my state. I founded ON GLO in January of 2021. Not only do we offer mobile repair we also offer the fastest service & can fix any phone within 15 minutes! I’m a super hero in my city. I have highly skilled techs who I’ve recently hired and they hold my company to its highest level by ensuring 5 star customer service & efficient delivery services. Today I now offer mobile services in Atlanta & surrounding areas. By next year I plan to put up shop in Tennessee!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been smooth along this journey. I’ve been running this company alone since I was 19 although I get overwhelmed with having to service an ample amount of customers I never let it knock me off my feet. I stand firm on my customer service so I make sure I communicate with my customers through the full process of fixing their phone although that that can be frustrating. I also work a part time job which also take away time from my business but is made up in overtime for ensuring my customers a great experience! I go over and beyond for my customers because I know how inconvenient it is to be without your cellular device.
