Hi January, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Nothing gives me more joy than spending time with my family and friends. During the height of the pandemic, we were having more intimate gatherings at home and this provided an opportunity to flex my culinary skills. All of our guests loved my artistic approach to grazing boards, subsequently, Nosh Atlanta was born!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There is nothing easy about being an entrepreneur! I wear all of the hats for my small catering business while still working full-time. The biggest challenge is finding a balance between home, work and Nosh. The sacrifices made have been completely worth it and I am very grateful for my family and friends that lend a helping hand when needed from preparing large orders to deliveries.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
When I am not in the kitchen, I love to spend time outdoors. Me and my husband love to play golf when we can and I am an avid runner.
