Hidden Gems: Meet M3 McWilliams of M3 Atlanta’s Boyband

Today we’d like to introduce you to M3 McWilliams.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Sometimes it feels as if we never started. It feels like we’ve always been a part of music. We did initially begin performing in our own elementary schools and in local churches. Those starting experiences gave us a bit of an intro to the world of music and performing arts. They helped us get to where we are now.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Although we have surpassed many obstacles and difficulties that were thrown our way, one of the most difficult challenges we had to adapt to was COVID-19. During that time, we had a hard time finding a place to perform but, that didn’t stop us. In fact, it opened up the door to Busking (Street Performing).

As you know, we’re big fans of M3 Atlanta’s Boyband. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We specialize in live performance and acapella. One thing that sets us apart from Others is our versatility and ability to perform any genre. We can be booked for any event from weddings to birthday parties and anything in between.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
We see ourselves making appearances all over the world, soon you’ll see us in movies, on billboards, and on your TV.
