

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mari Kemp. They and their team shared their story with us below:
Mari has over 20 years of global human resources management experience with 12 years in leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Nokia and Google, as well as roles within start-ups and high-growth organizations. She has extensive experience in evaluating and improving processes and efficiencies through technology and has expertise in creating superior human resources, facilities and talent acquisition departments. She has successfully led company mergers while providing a clear integration strategy for leadership. She drives success through leveraging workplace culture, in connecting the people of the organization to the business strategy.
Mari holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as an MBA focused in Global Human Resources and Psychology.
Mari is a San Francisco native, who always feels compelled to give back to the community, to connect and inspire. She speaks at many human resources conferences for professionals as well as grade schools to help build and empower the youth. Mari loves spending time with her family and looking for cool real estate deals. She also enjoys kickboxing, golf, hiking, yoga, and meditation.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No road is smooth however being optimistic and having confidence gets me through all experiences. Life is not a straight line.
