Hi Mayerlin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Tables gourmet catering was born from the idea of creating and giving valuable moments and fond memories between people, it was also born from the idea of creating moments to share with the family, with the couple, with the children, with the co-workers and even alone with ourselves but where harmony, respect, laughter and good money always prevail. tables are moments and moments are moments of gratitude that we learn to take advantage of when we understand their worth.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been an easy road but without a doubt one of the best decisions of my life. I have turned my nights and early mornings into the perfect hours to send budgets, create ideas, answer emails, schedule orders, this while my little one finally sleeps after a long and extensive day of work and tasks, etc. I have turned the parks into my new office and while I play soccer with my little one I answer calls, edit photos and videos. I have debated between wanting to do it and having to rest to be able to perform. I have gone through moments of stress, anguish, anger and I have come to the conclusion that even all of the above is part of the path and growth, then I take a breath I observe and I am still twice as eager

What I love most about my business is having the opportunity to create moments of value between people, is to see the smile on their faces while they taste one of my tables or creations, I try to capture in everything I do gratitude, time, sharing, love, friendship, respect and trust pirque without a doubt are the pillars that my brand carries. I love being able to create tables that have a beautiful meaning for people and that can be seen beyond a photo. Tables gourmet catering creates moments that is why their slogan is creating moments.. We prepare personalized charcuterie tables and we strive to make attractive cheese and appetizer tables for your guests.

My best memory is seeing me looking at my family while they laughed and shared, that made me feel happy and happy and smiled for it
