Hidden Gems: Meet Niecey Josey of SFS

Today we’d like to introduce you to Niecey Josey.

Hi Niecey, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Vinrelo began her career behind the scenes in the fashion industry, navigating the fast-paced world of commercial styling with an eye for detail and a drive for innovation. From coordinating on-set productions to building relationships with professionals, she quickly developed a reputation for precision, hardwork, and strategic thinking.

The Covid-19 pandemic became a turning point. While the world slowed, Vinrelo identified opportunities to innovate, adapt, and redefine her approach to styling and production. It was during this time that she founded Vinrelo, transforming her vision into a platform that merges fashion, business, media, and private-sector strategy into one dynamic ecosystem.

Starting from the heart of Wall Street, New York, Vinrelo assembled a dedicated team of professionals, carefully curating talent that could operate with intention and expertise in high-pressure commercial environments. Her leadership and foresight positioned the brand as the industry’s best-kept secret, delivering premium services and shaping trends quietly but powerfully behind the scenes.

Vinrelo is a catalyst for the industry, fostering innovation, mentoring emerging talent, and creating experiential projects that elevate not only the brands she works with but the careers of those around her. Her journey from behind-the-scenes operations to building a transformative commercial styling powerhouse exemplifies vision, resilience, and leadership in an ever-evolving industry.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Struggles along the way have included alignment in mindset, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and professional development. Whether an entrepreneur or intrapreneur, many people believe that success has a fixed appearance, when in reality it takes many forms. Additionally, navigating empty promises has been another challenge along the journey.
