Hidden Gems: Meet Ray McCullough of QuickWrench , LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ray McCullough.

Hi Ray, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
QuickWrench formally known as Helping Hands commercial tire was started in June of 2016. We started as a roadside service business that specialized in Commercial tires and maintenance in the Norcross and north AtL area. In October 2020 we moved into our shop in Conyers Ga and have been there ever since. We now offer Dot inspections, brake services , maintenance, oil changes , CV axles , and etc on Commercial trucks and Vehicles as well as 1/2 ton pick up trucks and cars . We also offer classic car restoration, aftermarket wheel sales , and auto broker services . We also believe in investing in our community. Evidenced in our partnership with opportunityally inc to help mentor youth provide training in Commercial tires and mechanics.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Struggles along the way were customer retention . Theft . Capital for growth and funding . Securing national accounts . The Bio lab fire ( closed for 3 weeks). Acquiring good help.

We’ve been impressed with QuickWrench , LLC , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
QuickWrench is a family owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. We have been in business for 9 years now . We offer Dot inspections, brakes , rotors , oil changes , mobile oil changes (with in 15 miles radius) ,tires , aftermarket wheels, cv axles, shocks , hubs and seals and tuneups. We specialize in vehicle maintenance. We are known for operating in excellence and providing personal care to our customers vehicles. We are proud of the fact that ppl can trust us with their vehicles and know we will treat them like our own. In most cases trust is all but missing in the auto and maintenance industry. We work hard to let ppl know we value their business and our business relationships. We won’t ppl to know that we are here ! We take pride in doing the job right . More importantly standing behind our work !

The Bible ! I have mentors who have worked on cars for 30 years also .
