Today we’d like to introduce you to Sonia Fardales.
Hi Sonia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Growing up in beautiful sunny Miami, I grew up having a love for a healthy and fit lifestyle. I started in the corporate world with a desk job I hated then moved on to a more exciting career in real estate and development. All of that changed quickly in 2008 when the real estate market crashed and my job disappeared. Quickly I explored wellness careers and began studies in Holistic Health and also became a personal trainer. As much as I loved my new venture, something was missing. Several years later, after a few disappointing ventures, I started managing a small Med Spa in Miami Beach. There I fell in love with the beauty industry and decided to persue my education in the field. A year later I became a licensed Aesthetician in Florida. I was blessed to work with one of the most renowned Cosmetic Dermatologists, Baumann Cosmetic & Research Institute, in the Miami Design District & I quickly became the lead Aesthetician at the practice. I did it all, training new staff, implementing protocols & devices, etc! Then after several years working at the Miami practice, due to family reasons I packed my bags and moved to Atlanta. After working at an Atlanta practice for one year, I decided to spread my wings and go solo. Working out of a small studio space. My growth quickly expanded mostly via word of mouth. Then covid hit us all. I was blessed to survive that ordeal and have continued to grow. I am currently looking to move into a bigger, better space, “Coming Soon”.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Coming to a new city not knowing a soul and starting from scratch. Working in a practice that did not allow you to advance and prosper within. I knew I had to go on my own.

A highly trained medical aesthetician with years of training with the best in the business. Customer service is my number one priority. I go out of my way to make sure I can help and make my clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. They are my family. They know how to reach me and I give them my time even if I’m not working that day.
My passion is Anti-Aging treatments and educating the younger generation on starting early with homecare, professional treatments and most important using sunscreen and limiting the overexposure to UVA-UVB rays which age us prematurely. Trust me, I know, I lived in Miami since the age of five. The beach was my backyard & we never used sunscreen!
I love learning all the new advances in the industry and determining what treatments I know my clientele would love me to have and offer.
I currently am rebranding my business soon to be Ageless Aesthetics, by Sonia The business is growing and new staff members will allow me to continue my passion of changing one person at a time!
What were you like growing up?
Very shy and quiet growing up in a humble home with immigrant parents. I struggled with college, I didn’t want to be there. I was a young mother and knew I wanted to work and follow my dream of being a businesswoman. I began working out at the age of 30, training gave me confidence and the inner strength knowing I could achieve anything I wanted.
