Hi Stella, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from college, I worked in various sales roles—primarily with Fortune 5 companies—because the benefits were excellent, and sales came naturally to me. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
In my free time, I’ve always loved watching shows about homes—HGTV has long been my favorite channel. After having my first child, that passion inspired me to explore a career in real estate. It was a difficult decision to leave the stability and benefits of my corporate job, so I initially began my real estate journey part-time. My first client was my sister.
Many in the industry will agree—real estate is incredibly difficult to do part-time. To succeed, you must be fully committed. It’s a career that demands passion, persistence, and a full-time mindset.
After several years of slow growth and stagnant business, I made a bold decision to take a leap of faith. At the time, I was a single mom with young children, and I leaned deeply into my faith and prayers. I also trusted in my abilities—my marketing background, people skills, and a strong sales track record as a top performer in my previous roles. I knew if I could achieve success for large companies, I could do the same for myself.
I wanted a better future for me and my daughters, and I believed real estate would be the key. With that belief and faith, I transitioned to becoming a full-time real estate professional—and I’ve never looked back.
Today, I have the privilege of helping clients from all walks of life achieve their dreams of homeownership. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors, but what brings me the greatest joy is working with first-time homebuyers. There’s something incredibly meaningful about helping someone take such a major step toward building long-term financial stability.
Real estate has been more than just a career—it has been a calling. It’s given me not only professional fulfillment but also lasting friendships and the opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives. I’m grateful for every step of the journey.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Real estate is a cyclical industry with natural ebbs and flows. During strong market periods, it’s important to plan ahead and save, knowing that slower seasons are inevitable. The real challenge lies not in the downturns, but in staying current—keeping pace with Georgia’s evolving real estate laws and contracts, adapting to rapid technological advancements, and embracing social media as a primary marketing tool. I wouldn’t call it a struggle—it’s simply the nature of the business, where the only constant is change.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me in this profession is truly understanding and meeting the needs of my clients. Because when these two things are accomplished, everything else falls right in place! Real estate is not just about buying or selling properties—it’s about guiding people through some of the most significant decisions of their lives. For me, the most rewarding part of this journey is seeing the genuine smiles, heartfelt gratitude, and sense of relief or joy my clients express at the end of a successful transaction.
This career isn’t always easy—it requires long hours, constant learning, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing market. But for me, the challenges are worth it when I know I’ve helped someone achieve a goal, secure their dream home, or make a smart investment for their future.
I’ve always believed that if you’re not bringing value and joy to the people you serve, then you’re missing the heart of what this job is all about. Real estate is a people-first business, and it’s my clients’ happiness and satisfaction that give my work true meaning. Their success is my success, and there’s no greater reward than knowing I played a part in helping them move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
