Hi Tomas, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
12 years ago I founded All Pro Atlanta as a hopeful entrepreneur with a dream of being one of the biggest landscaping and painting business in Georgia… People called me crazy for the big visions I had in mind for not just me but for the people I would help along the way, for the work that would support many of my trusted employees. Investing countless days and nights to always have them working and keep the business rolling. Never would I have thought that we would actually dominate the fence and deck business! With hard work, dedication, and the little English I knew, I brought All Pro to the company it is today. At the heart of it all is the people, working one on one and making sure all their needs are met. Today we are blessed to have these roots for they are the virtues that keep us driven and focused on improving.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
At my beginnings as a sole painter I would actively drive miles, invest hours looking for potential projects, and have to sell myself short to make ends meet. Some days I would come back empty handed however this never killed my drive. I knew the efforts I made would be for something greater in my life and look back to those years that were the stepping stones for me. Today the challenges I face is that I’m now for blessingly busy! My company has doubled in employees, equipment, and jobs that I have to put personal time aside to address our demand.
As you know, we’re big fans of All Pro Atlanta Fences and Decks. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My business, All Pro Atlanta Fences and Decks, specializes in all things exterior carpentry and backyard renovations and additions. We services most of Georgia, especially our home county, Hall county and Gwinnett. Some of our many services include patio roofs, custom decks, all types of fences, and sunrooms / screened in porches. But the imagination does not stop there! Our unique carpentry projects include, personalized mancave sheds, boat carports, and custom entertainment bars.
