Inspiring Conversations with Christal Judge of Living Elevations

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christal Judge.

Christal Judge

Hi Christal, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a Columbus, Georgia native and I graduated from William H. Shaw High School in 2008 with a Dual-Seal Diploma. I’ve had a career in customer satisfaction for about 15 years.

I have always had a niche for making things easier and practical for the people around me, and now I charge them for it lol! I have been an active Certified Administrative & Clinical Medical Assistant since 2013 and I have had the opportunity to travel the country on assignment in my capacity. In my travels, I found myself hoping to bring some of the resources and new views on life back to my hometown to spread some ELEVATION locally. Being able to use the skills I have on any level and provide clients with what they need as needed is a gift in itself.

Because everyone’s circumstances aren’t the same, Living Elevations is committed to enriching lives by delivering top-notch, personalized services that cater to the needs of our clients. We are on a mission to transform the way people experience daily life. We aim to provide a seamless, reliable, and caring service that allows our clients to focus on what matters most to them. Through a diverse range of services, we aim to create an environment where individuals and families thrive.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Heck no! Being a businesswoman is one of the most trying titles I’ve had in this lifetime thus far. I believe to win, you have to lose. If you want it bad enough, you have to find out what doesn’t work so you can develop and progress. I feel God wouldn’t have placed Living Elevations in my heart if he didn’t want me to pursue truly making a difference in the lives of others. I believe I was created to elevate life in all aspects! The hardest challenge I’ve had to face so far is coming to terms with the fact that everyone is not going to support me.

Even the ones closest to you. I’m coming to terms with this quickly realizing these issues are perception and only I can be held accountable for my actions or how I respond. Once I started letting go of the idea that everyone would support me the way I do them, I started getting clients from all walks of life and on all levels of financial security. Being open to new experiences, upgrading and progression is the focus. Winning comes naturally when you allow it!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Living Elevations, LLC was born in 2020 from real-life experiences and realized life issues, where having a “helping hand “was more than just a catchy phrase. We brand ourselves to “help elevate living” for our clients because we understand the value of quality service! With over 15 years of customer experience, being able to satisfy our clientele is the goal!

We offer services tailored to our client’s needs. We offer Commercial/Residential Cleaning services, a Ride-to-work Program, Before/After School pick-up Services, Mobile Notary Services, Temp Personnel, Small Business Courier Services, Brand Ambassadorship, and Personal Assisting we are also very active in community outreach. We are in year 2 of partnering with AstroLee Vibes in our city with the Throw It in the Bag Community Clean Up and we are currently gearing up for our Quarter 1 Clean-Up Initiative scheduled for March 24th, 2024, from 10 am- 2 pm.

In exchange for our community engagement, we are offering a fun day filled with service and an opportunity for documented volunteer hours. It’s a chance to give back and help elevate our city, and our neighborhoods- not just in the parks or highly developed areas in the city.

Risk-taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
The biggest risk I’ve taken was deciding to leave the corporate world. In 2016, my younger sister was widowed due to her husband being murdered and he left her alone with a 6-month-old and 1-year-old bonus daughter. In 2017, I lost two of my siblings to gun violence 5 days before Christmas. They also left behind 4 children and wives as well. In 2019, my best friend, my grandmother, was called home.

I felt like I had to make a difference and be more not only for the sake of me, but on behalf of my family. In 2020, the entire world it felt like a twilight zone. Everything stopped. I had to be able to find ways to make money and be able to maintain life. At my lowest point in life, I decided that I couldn’t allow all my skills and training to go to waste. I stepped out on faith in March 2020 when my travel assignment in San Diego, California ended abruptly, due to a stay-at-home order that was placed on the entire country.

I created ways to make myself essential during this time, being 3000 miles away from home and having a small support unit, I had to do something. DoorDash kept me afloat. I was able to come back home in November 2020 and I hit the ground running with putting my business in order. Challenging yourself is the biggest risk anyone can take. What’s your purpose? Who do you do it for?
