Inspiring Conversations with Chrystal Gammon of RevIVe Concierge & Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chrystal Gammon.

Hi Chrystal , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I began my medical career in 2008 as a Registered Nurse, and very early on, I developed a deep love and compassion for caring for others. In 2015, I returned to school to complete my Bachelor of Science in Nursing while gaining diverse experience across hospital settings — from medical-surgical and emergency departments to eventually serving as a hospital supervisor.

Wanting to grow as a leader, I pursued my Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Executive Leadership. But my drive to serve the community more directly led me back to school again, where I earned my Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2019 and later, my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification in 2024.

Today, I’m proud to own and operate RevIVe Concierge & Wellness, my private practice where I provide both primary care and behavioral health services. My practice also offers mobile wound care and self-care wellness services — allowing me to meet patients where they are and make healthcare more accessible and personal.”

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
“It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I started my practice in 2023, and while it’s been an incredible journey, there have certainly been challenges along the way. Starting out in this industry without much guidance was difficult — even when I reached out and offered to pay for mentorship, there wasn’t much support available. I had to navigate a lot through trial and error, learning as I went.

But through hard work, prayer, and determination, I overcame those challenges and built something I’m truly proud of. Those experiences taught me the importance of community and mentorship, which is why I now make it a point to offer guidance, preceptorship, and share general knowledge whenever I’m asked. I really believe in helping prepare the next generation of providers — because we rise by lifting others.”

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
“When I first started RevIVe Concierge & Wellness, it was just me and about 20 patients. Through dedication, prayer, and a genuine commitment to serving others, I’ve grown the practice to now serve over 200 patients with a team of five amazing employees who help make this mission a success — changing one life at a time.

RevIVe has grown into several branches that reflect our holistic approach to care. We provide primary and behavioral health services to group home residents, IV hydration, medical weight loss, and self-care services through our wellness division, and mobile wound care for patients who are homebound and may not have access to proper healing support. I’ve also expanded my work into motivational speaking, sharing my story as a former single mother who refused to let circumstances define her path — and who now serves as a Christian wife, mother, and healthcare provider guided by faith and purpose.

I’m deeply proud of what RevIVe stands for. Our name represents Rejuvenation, Energy, Vitality, Inspiration, and Empowerment — a holistic journey of healing the mind, body, and soul. My brand is rooted in faith, compassion, and the belief that everyone deserves care, dignity, and the opportunity to feel whole again.”

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
“I would say faith, perseverance, and compassion have been the most essential qualities to my success. My faith keeps me grounded and reminds me that every step I take is guided by purpose. Perseverance pushes me to keep going, even when the road gets difficult or uncertain. And compassion — that’s truly at the heart of everything I do.

In healthcare, compassion is what allows you to connect with people beyond their diagnosis — to see their humanity, their struggle, and their strength. It’s what drives me to serve populations that are often overlooked and to create a practice that meets patients where they are.

Those three qualities together have shaped not just my career, but the entire foundation of RevIVe Concierge & Wellness — a brand built on faith, service, and the belief that real healing comes from caring for the whole person: mind, body, and soul.”
