My journey started nearly 20 years ago in nightlife and event promotions, where I built my reputation throwing packed events and working with major liquor brands. That experience led me to open Vanity Restaurant and Bar, an upscale lounge where I combine great food, atmosphere, and entertainment.
From there, I launched Hit Me Pay Me, a personal injury consulting agency that connects car accident victims with trusted attorneys and medical providers. I saw a real need for guidance and support in that space, and I wanted to create a company that could truly help people when they need it most.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road—but every bump taught me something. In the beginning, I had to earn everything the hard way. There were times I put together events with no budget, just hustle and relationships. I’ve dealt with shady business partners, venues backing out last minute, and slow seasons where I had to get creative just to keep things going.
When I launched Hit Me Pay Me, I had to educate people on what we do and prove we’re a trustworthy and reliable resource for accident victims. And with Vanity, running a restaurant comes with constant challenges—keeping things fresh, maintaining momentum, and making sure we’re always delivering a top-tier experience.
But through it all, I stayed focused, adapted quickly, and kept investing in myself and my ideas. The struggles made me sharper—and they’re a big part of why I’m still standing today.

On the business side, I’ve had mentors who taught me how to move strategically—how to turn relationships into real opportunities, how to negotiate deals, and how to stay sharp in a competitive industry. There are also a few close friends and industry peers who’ve consistently pushed me, held me accountable, and reminded me of my potential when I needed it.
