I started my career in conventional medicine. I graduated from Emory with a Master’s in Medical Science in Anesthesia and spent years practicing as a physician assistant anesthetist in busy hospitals. While I was proud of the work I did, I felt a deep pull toward a more proactive, root-cause approach to healing — something that addressed the whole person, not just the symptoms.
That pull only got louder after becoming a mother. I saw firsthand how depleted the system could leave both patients and providers — especially women. I started diving into regenerative medicine, peptides, hormone therapy, and lifestyle optimization. Eventually, I left the hospital and launched my first wellness venture, and from there, my work has continued to evolve.
Today, I run Revive With Me, a telemedicine and consulting company that offers personalized peptide therapy and wellness solutions. But as my client base grew, I saw a gap on the provider side — clinics were struggling to implement peptides well. That’s what led me to launch The Aura Strategy, our B2B division that helps med spas and wellness centers integrate peptide therapy into their practice. We provide everything from clinical protocols and dosing guides to staff training, SOPs, and patient education materials.
My journey hasn’t been linear. I’ve gone through divorce, remarriage, and now life as a mom of three — including a recent home birth with our third, supported by my incredible husband, who is truly the best partner I could ask for. His unwavering support is a huge part of how I’m able to do this work and show up the way I do.
All of these personal experiences have shaped the way I lead — with empathy, structure, and a deep belief that healing can feel aligned and powerful. Whether I’m working with an individual client or helping a practice scale their offerings, the mission is the same: to make proactive, regenerative care accessible, effective, and deeply human.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not — but I wouldn’t trade it. Every challenge shaped the work I do now and the way I show up for others.
I’ve experienced deep personal and professional growing pains:
I’ve had to walk away from companies I helped build due to misalignment and toxicity. I’ve been sued over non-competes. I’ve lost millions during COVID after unknowingly investing in fraudulent testing kits — and had to rebuild from scratch with three kids in tow.
There were moments I felt betrayed, heartbroken, or just plain exhausted. But every experience taught me something: how to lead with integrity, how to trust myself, and how to keep going when the ground shifts underneath you.
What’s kept me steady is a deep belief in the work — and in the people I get to serve. I’ve seen too many patients (especially women) be dismissed or overlooked, and I’ve seen how powerful they become when they’re supported holistically.
I wouldn’t call the road smooth, but I would call it sacred.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My greatest joy comes from my family — my three incredible kids, my loving husband, and the life we’re creating together on our little farm. We’re deeply spiritual and grounded people, and being close to the earth — the trees, the animals, the seasons — keeps us connected to something greater than ourselves.
This farm has gifted us so much: four animals (each in their own unexpected, almost magical way), fresh air, quiet mornings, and the freedom to think, feel, and be. We eat clean, drink fresh water, and live close to the rhythms of nature — and that has changed everything for us, especially how we parent and how we take care of our own bodies and minds.
What also makes me happy is doing work that feels completely aligned. Practicing medicine that honors the body, the spirit, and the whole human experience — that’s rare, and it’s a privilege. I love what I do. I love hearing from clients who say, “I feel like myself again.” That’s the kind of medicine I believe in, and it fills me up every single day.
