Hi James B , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2016, I became aware of a program call REAP, Real Estate Associate Program. REAP”s intentional purpose is to expose minority professionals to all aspects and disciplines in commercial real estate to increase and diversify the talent pool of professionals seeking opportunities in the industry. Through REAP, I discovered the niche which would be the cornerstone of our core competency, tenant representation and business brokerage, assisting entrepreneurs and business owners create and implement site selection strategies.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
If anyone in entrepreneurship tells you with a straight face that the road was smooth, move out the way. I will say this about struggles, they most time are illusions of a state of existence we experience base on the physical status of our circumstances. One’s mindset to see beyond the circumstances to see the reality they desire to bring into manifestation, will not see struggle in the logical perspective, but more of preparation for what is coming into existence.

Rushman Moore Commercial Real Estate is a brokerage firm, based in Atlanta Ga, specializing in tenant representation and business brokerage.
RMREG engages businesses and organizations seeking strategic locations in aligning communities to open and operate businesses. Client needs range from office, retail, industrial, land to business for sale. We help clients locate, negotiate terms, structure finance, to guidance with municipal zoning and permitting.
What sets us apart is a true hands on approach to consultation. As an entrepreneur and business owner, having personal experience with the phases of the deal from negotiation, to build out to, inspections to open, we help clients navigate from a peer perspective, which helps when coaching someone through the process.
What makes us most proud is our ability to work with a spectrum of prospects across different industries which opens up our ability to learn more to be able fo help more.
What’s next?
We are continuing our growth path which includes us gradually expanding into broker development, construction and contracting. We are seeking opportunities which allow us to leverage our MBE/DBE status.
